Astro Deepa

Welcome to Astro Deepa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all export transactions conducted between Astro Deepa ("we", "our", or "the Company") and our clients ("you", "your", or "the Client"). By engaging in business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Astro Deepa is engaged in the export of pharmaceutical products and related healthcare items in compliance with local and international regulations.

• All exports are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to WHO guidelines, GMP standards, and the Drug Control Authorities of India.

• We do not export to countries where such exports are restricted or banned.

• All orders must be submitted in writing and are subject to acceptance by Astro Deepa.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without written consent.

• Astro Deepa reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion.

• All prices are quoted in [USD/INR] and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, duties, and insurance unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed credit terms in the invoice.

• Delivery terms are based on Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as agreed in the contract.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and Astro Deepa is not liable for delays due to shipping, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• All products are exported with appropriate quality certification and adhere to international standards.

• Any claims regarding damaged or defective products must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• Astro Deepa’s liability is limited to replacement or refund of the defective products only.

• All trademarks, logos, and branding used in our products and marketing are the property of Astro Deepa or our licensors.

• You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Astro Deepa shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, embargoes, labor strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

Astro Deepa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
