• Orders are subject to availability and compliance with local and international regulations.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

• We ship to countries authorized under international pharmaceutical trade agreements and in compliance with applicable laws.

• Some products may be restricted in certain regions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure import eligibility before placing an order.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.

• Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping quote unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

• Delivery is considered complete when the shipment is received and signed for at the provided delivery address.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and compliance with health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product meets the conditions outlined below.

We only accept returns in the following exceptional cases:

• Products received are damaged during transit

• Product received is incorrect or does not match the order

• Product is expired upon arrival, with proof (rare due to compliance protocols)
