Mebendazole 500 mg tablets are an anthelmintic (anti-worm) medication used to treat parasitic worm infections such as pinworm, roundworm, whipworm, and hookworm. The tablet works by preventing the worms from absorbing glucose, which leads to their eventual death. A single 500 mg dose is commonly used for treatment, but dosing may vary depending on the type of infection. It is generally well tolerated, with mild side effects such as stomach pain or nausea. It is capable of killing bacteria that have become resistant to other therapies and thus also helps treat tuberculosis that is resistant to other treatments.

Clarithromycin is an antibiotic. It's used to treat chest infections such as pneumonia, skin problems such as cellulitis, and ear infections. It's also used to treat Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria that can cause stomach ulcers.

Clindamycin is used to treat certain types of bacterial infections, including infections of the lungs, skin, blood, female reproductive organs, and internal organs. Clindamycin is in a class of medications called lincomycin antibiotics. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of bacteria.
